Items In Stock
Once you place an order with our secure server, you will receive an automatic email message confirming your order and your order confirmation number. Items in stock in the store will be delivered in the continental USA in 7-10 days depending on the location. Items that are in stock by our suppliers will generally ship in 10-14 days.
Special and Custom Orders
Special and custom orders have to be manufactured, these will take from 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. If you need or desire shipment by a specific date, please call to allow us time to stock and determine shipping options. Often times the manufacturer can drop ship, but please call or email. Special orders require a 50% down payment and the balance due before shipping.
UPS is our shipping agent unless an item is drop shipped. (You will be notified when an item is shipped directly from the manufacturer.) UPS offers very efficient package tracking service via the web. We routinely ship to customers in the US and Canada. US (except Alaska & Hawaii) shipping charges are automatically calculated as follows:

Canadian Orders
Canadian customers will be charged a minimum $20 shipping charge when they place their order. If the shipping charge is more than $20, we will email you the total shipping charge. You will be responsible for any addtional fees, taxes, duties, etc. that are levied by Canada on your purchase.
Back Orders
We specialize in the finest linens and accessories, and occasionally these items are not available without delay. If your order, or any portion of it, is back ordered, we will inform you promptly so that you may decide to hold your order until merchandise becomes available, or cancel your order. You will not be charged for any stocked items until they are shipped.
