Return Policy

 
In order to maintain our competitive pricing we do not accept returns on most bedding products.  Most of our luxury bedding is shipped from the manufacturer or custom ordered and is non-returnable.  In the event that any merchandise should be defective and shipped from the manufacturer please contact us via email or telephone and we will issue a return authorization.  We cannot accept returns without this.
 
All returns must be sent back within 7 days after receipt, unused and in their original packaging.  Returns are for merchandise store credit only.  Valid for 1 year.
 
Please note that there will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.  If you are returning a product because it is defective or we shipped an item that you did not order, Bella Casa Linens will pay the return shipping costs and there will not be a restocking charge.
 
Returned items must be in new and unused condition.  "New and unused" means there are no marks or sign of usage to the product.  We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, or handled in any manner that prevents us from selling it to our customers as a First Quality product.  If the product is opened it must be re-packaged as originally shipped including all tags and product inserts.  Bella Casa Linens reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return.
 
 
Custom Bedding
 
Orders for custom bedding may only be canceled or altered 24 hours after order placement.  After that time, orders may not be canceled without forfeit of deposit.  Custom bedding is not returnable unless there is an initial manufacturers defect.
 
 
Return Process
 
The sales receipt must accompany returned items.  Please retain a copy for your records.
 
Here is the process for returning an item:
  1. Email or telephone us within 5 days of receipt to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION.  The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.
  2. Ship your return PREPAID AND INSURED for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier such as UPS or FEDEX.  If you ship via United States Postal Service, we recommend that you request a receipt signed at delivery.
  3. We recommend that you insure the package for the full price.  Items lost or damaged without insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.
